FESTIVAL VOLUNTEERS WELCOME
The Havasu Palooza Country Music Boating Festival is gathering names for volunteers!
Currently, we are looking for general volunteers for land and on the water. General Volunteers work inside or outside Festival gates and on the lake, directing parking, lifeguards, patrol boats, paddle boards, kayaks, jetskis, wrist-banding guests, staffing the info booth, setting up vendors, and more. Any way you think you can help, please let us know.
Filling in the form allows us to gather appropriate information and communicate with you. While doing so does not guarantee that you will get the position of your choice, it is a first step.
Please note: If you have been invited by a member of the organizing committee to participate in a specific department and have not yet completed the form, please complete the form as a general volunteer and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us the organizer and the department you were asked to join.
Okay, Then What Happens?
You will receive an email letting you know when the online sign-up is open. That's when you're able to choose available assignments. Lake Havasu residents receive this notification first.
Once all slots are full, we will confirm your assignment and make arrangements for t-shirts, wristband, and volunteer meetings.
The Fine Print
Volunteers may be adults or students 16 and older, although student slots are limited. Shifts range from 2 1/2 to 4 hours, and some categories require skills and/or a commitment outside Festival hours. All volunteers must pre-register.
Please understand that we cannot accommodate "last-minute tag-along" volunteers of any age on the day of the event.
